    Initial Contact & Pre-sales Consultation
    After engaging with customers, the sales team gathers information on their housing and family conditions, renovation budget, style preferences, occupancy status, product preferences, and more.

    Tailored to Your Space & Personalized Customization
    After product selection, we communicate with customers about personalized customization of size, fabric, and color (applicable only to customizable products). Our designers then create product floor plans for customer confirmation.

    Advance Deposit & Issuance of Production Drawings
    After the customer pays the advance deposit, our designers will create the production drawings, and the factory will then proceed with product manufacturing.

    Finished Product Photos & Logistics & Shipping
    Once the furniture is manufactured, we will inform the customer of the completion. We provide real-shot photos of the finished products as per the customer’s request. After the customer confirms and pays the balance payment, we will arrange shipment and keep the customer updated on the product status in real time.
